Friday Fangirl Report: Is It Hot in Here or is That Just Marcus?
Whoa. This has been one HELL of a week for Marcus. The kind of week that we hope and wish and would love to see every week. But damn, it has been crazy hard to keep up with it all. If felt like some stuff happened two weeks ago when it JUST happened on Monday.

My Letter to Marcus Before He Gets Too Famous For Us
Dear Marcus,
Sometimes I like to write letters to you on the blog in hopes you may read them one day. Or maybe Sam will since he’s kind of an internet stalker (as evidenced here) and he’ll copy/paste this into an email to you.
I’ve been noticing a lot of buzz about you lately on the interwebs. The “Marcus Foster” Google Alerts have shot up considerably, and they aren’t even talking about that bad ass football player in Ohio that is sure to go Division 1 in college. It all started when you finally set that date. The date I’ve been waiting for for over a year now. The date of your Tumble Down EP release, which of course we all know is April 4. 2010 — So Much Epicness and Awesomeness Squeezed into 365 Days!
Wow. Has it really been a whole year already? I was taking a shower this morning (feel free to picture me naked) when it hit me… we totally need a year in review for the blog. Cause it’s been kind of an amazing year for us. I mean, if we’d have had the pleasure of seeing Marcus perform just one time, the year would have been perfect. But it’s cool.
So after much researching through our old blog posts and the forum (duh, join it. now.), I present you with…hold on to your short pants and ball cap… our top 5 awesomely awesome moments from the past year.
1. Stalking Seeing Sam. Twice. In One Year.
For us, it’s really a rarity that we get to see concerts in general. And to see Sam, well that can be even more difficult. But through major luck and amazingly generous people, we got to see Sam in concert TWICE this year!
LiLi and I just so happened to be going to L.A. already for our Esplice Accountability Group our book club meeting, so when we heard Sam would be there as well, it was like fate. And srsly, Sam should thank us cause we brought ourselves and 30 of our closest friends to revel in the eye-effing. Add in my pre-gaming with Jason Segal, drunken shenanigans and the fact that I thought Two Shoes and John Notto were the same person, and you have one epicly amazing time!
